This 2-hour teleclass is designed to give Yoga teachers the ability and tools to teach parents, grandparents and school teachers a new creative form of partner Yoga that adults may practice with children. Based on Teressa Asencia's book, Yoga for Mom, Dad and Me, this course is also designed for parents, grandparents and teachers who would like to learn how to practice playful partner poses with their children to bring the joy of Yoga in to their daily life while giving their children emotional nourishment and sharing a feeling of security, love and interdependence.

The download includes excerpts from Teressa Asencia's book, Yoga for Mom, Dad and Me, that gives detailed descriptions and inspiring photos for several playful partner poses presented in the teleclass. The joy inherent in this fun form of Yoga that adults and children may practice together will inspire people of all ages and cultures to spend time with their loved ones as they improve their health and enhance their relationships. Part One provides an introduction to this new, creative form of Family Yoga. Part Two focuses on the nuts and bolts of how to practice and teach this playful form of Yoga.
